My goal is to solve human, technical and business challenges. Whether I'm facilitating research, designing, guiding, coaching or developing, I use my knowledge and appreciation of all disciplines to help inform the task at hand.
I've been working at Qantas, reducing the anxiety for 48 million travellers per year. Before that, I was leading a design team at Australia Post, comprising of Product Designers, CX Designers and Service Designers responsible for creating new products and multi-channel services.
We call Sydney and Melbourne our home. We've lived in Sydney for a total of 11 years, 5 years in Melbourne and 2 years in Toronto. With our dog Eggo.
I enjoy giving back to the community, helping with the Service Design Now Conference and volunteering at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre using my human centred design skills to help improve services for new residents in Australia.
